Christine is the managing partner of Aurilex.
Christine is a French lawyer registered at the Paris Bar. She is also qualified in China as a lawyer. In addition, Christine holds a PhD degree in law of the University of Munich, Germany. Her extensive knowledge and experience in French, German and EU law is of irreplaceable value to the success of her clients' projects.
The practice areas of Christine cover intellectual property, personal data protection, commercial contracts and commercial litigation.
Christine has many years of working experience in leading international law firms in Germany and France. She regularly represents her clients in opposition and cancelation procedures before the EUIPO and the French IP office. She has also workd for complicated trademark, patent and copyright cases before the French courts. In addition, Christine advises on technology transfer and licensing in mergers and acquisitions.
Christine is also the external DPO of many companies and manages the personal protection issues for her clients. She has set up personal data protection compliance systems for several websites, app apps and companies.
Christine teaches EU and French trademark law at IESEG business school. She is the author of many academic works on intellectual property, for example " Das Verhältnis zwischen Marken- und Lauterkeitsrecht beim Schutz von Unternehmenskennzeichen " (in German, The Relationship between Trade Mark Law and Unfair Competition Law in the Protection of Company Marks ), published by Nomos, 2021.

Simin is a patent attorney since 11 years and specializes in the field of European intellectual property.
After serving for many years at the internationally renowned Beau de Loménie patent firm in Paris, Ms. Dai worked as an in-house patent counsel for the Thales Group, a French government-owned defense giant, where she was responsible for more than 200 global patent families in the Digital Identity Security division. She also holds a Master in Patent Law from CEIPI (France).
